"I have attended two retreats with Cedar. The schedule is both challenging and restorative. Cedar's talks and guidance are inspiring and I appreciate the nondenominational character of these gatherings."
Cedar leads retreats from one to five days in length. The retreats are nondenominational in nature and focus on sitting practice. If you are interested in attending a retreat with Cedar or planning a retreat for your agency or group, please contact Cedar at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Who Should Attend?
This is a one day event designed both as an introduction to sitting practice for new meditators and to provide a brief, formal retreat opportunity for regular practitioners of mindfulness meditation. This retreat is inclusive of many traditions but not affiliated with any one practice, religion or belief system. People of all religious and nonreligious backgrounds are welcome to attend.
